Ingredients
Makes one serving.
- 120g vanilla kefir yoghurt (no added sugar)
- Tbsp chia seeds
- 40g jumbo oats
- 200ml semi skimmed milk (or alternative milk of your choice)
- 80g raspberries (gently crushed)
- Tsp pumpkin seeds
- 10g 70% dark chocolate (chopped)
Directions
Step one
Combine the kefir, oats, chia seeds and milk together.
Step two
Pour into a bowl, over and refrigerate overnight. The mixture will thicken.
Step 3
Top with raspberries, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate.
Step 4
Enjoy!
